Method |
1 Heat oil in hot wok 2
Remove meat from marinade and stir fry in very hot oil 1 - 2 minutes until slightly crisp 3 Drain in sieve 4 Remove all but 1 tsp oil from wok 5 Re-heat wok, add chilies and stir fry 10 seconds 6
Return beef to wok, add orange and sauce and stir fry another four minutes |
